Printing a Trial Balance

When you are done selecting criteria for the report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other printing options.

The following prints on the Posted Transaction List Report that you will receive:

• Account – The account number
• Cost Center – The cost center the account is associated with
• Account Description – The description of the account
• Beginning Balance – The beginning balance for this general ledger account for the period specified
• Debit – The total debits posted to this account for the period specified
• Credit – The total credits posted to this account for the period specified
• Ending Balance – The balance of the account at the end of the period
• Adjustment – A column to write in any adjustment to this account balance
• Adjusted Balance – A column for you to write the new balance after an adjustment.
